For the third year running Thornbridge Brewery and True North Brew Co have teamed up to raise money and awareness for Sheffield Mind throughout May by doing what they do best, drinking!
Thirteen venues across Sheffield including, Forum Kitchen + Bar, The Greystones, The Old House, Hallamshire House, The Stags Head, The Broadfield, The Brothers Arms, Kelham Island Tavern, The York, The Bath Hotel, The Riverside, The Waggon & Horses and The University Arms will take part in the Half Pint Marathon.
Kick start your Half Pint Marathon in any theses venues from April 29th at 6pm by ordering half a pint of our newest beer, The Wall and claiming your first sticker and Half Pint loyalty card. For every venue you enjoy a half pint of ‘The Wall’ in you get a sticker and one step further to entering our prize draw for Supper Clubs at The Broadfield, Gin Schools at The Old House, Thornbridge Brewery Tours and more!
After two years of our beer Stitch we have brewed The Wall for the third edition of The Sheffield Half Pint Marathon combining two highly flavourful American hops in Citra and Simcoe with a light malt base to create a deliciously fruity yet drinkable Session Pale Ale!
Whilst enjoying The Wall throughout The Sheffield Half Pint Marathon it is key to remember that every half pint is helping. Mental health is fundamental to living a healthy life and for both True North Brew Co and Thornbridge Brewery it is important that great events like The Sheffield Half Pint Marathon support charities like Sheffield Mind. Promoting and supporting services that encourage self-help and empowerment as a route to recovery and prevention.
